The trail gets you to Playa la Tortuguita, La prieta and finally los Frailes. They are all worth the walk. The beach is well preserved as it is part of the Machalilla National Park. If you want to go to Guayaquil from Los Frailes, the buses pass outside the entrance and they can take you back to Puerto Lopez or you can go to Jipijapa and then go to Guayaquil
